  • The Alpine Woman’s Club Town Hall has a flexible vendor policy so that you are able to customize your event to your liking!

    What are vendor load-in and load-out times?

    For hourly rentals, your vendors will need to load-in and out within your contracted time. Just let our rental coordinator know if you need more time.

    What are the renter & vendor’s insurance requirements?

    All renters & vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and list “The Alpine Woman’s club” as additionally insured. You can obtain single day insurance HERE.

  • The Alpine Woman’s Club has its own dedicated parking lot. There is also ample street parking surrounding the venue.

  • We offer the following 3 packages

    Community Package: Perfect for small gatherings, meetings, and community events

    • $100/hour

    • 2-hour minimum


    Classic Package: (Most Popular): Ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, and mid-size celebrations

    • $100/hour

    • 4-hour minimum


    Signature Package: Designed for weddings and large-scale events

    • Full Day Access (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM)

    • $1,500 flat rate


    Services and fees apply:

    • Extended Hours: $100/hour (with written approval ahead of time)

    • 50% non refundable deposit is due to hold the date which will be applied to your remaining balance.

  • You and your vendors are responsible to handle set-up and remove what is brought into the venue. All personal or event items must be removed by the end of your rental.

    Renters must:

    • Remove all decorations and personal items

    • No bird seeds, confetti, or anything attached to walls.

    • Return tables and chairs to storage locations

    • Bag and dispose of trash in dumpster. Extra trash bags are NOT provided.

    • Turn off appliances, stove, lights, and fans

    • DO NOT drag tables and chairs (lift due to historic wood floors),

    • No dancing allowed unless written approval is given and a dance floor is rented and installed installed at the cost to the renter.

    • Damage of any kind must be reported to the Alpine Woman’s Club Rental Coordinator no later than 24 hours following the event.
